How is this different from therapy?

Coaching/consulting sessions offer short-term, non-clinical support focused on what’s happening in your life right now.

This work is focused on clarity, emotional regulation, and navigating high-pressure or demanding situations in real time.

Therapy, by contrast, is a clinical service that may include assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment.

If you’re looking for deeper or long-term mental health support, therapy may be the better fit.
