Coaching/consulting sessions are not the same as therapy.
These sessions are non-clinical and are designed to provide short-term support, clarity, and practical tools for navigating stress, pressure, and life transitions. They do not include diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing mental health care.
Therapy is a licensed clinical service that may involve assessment, diagnosis, and longer-term support for mental health concerns.

If it becomes clear that ongoing clinical support would be more appropriate, next steps and referral options can be discussed.

On-set and production-based support is available on a limited basis.
Services may include on-set sessions, short-term embedded support during filming, and flexible availability aligned with the needs and schedule of the production.
